What a Zoo!

I love this picture, like father, like son!

This picture is not of Alex crying. He must have had an allergy of some sort, because when we came out of the monkey house his face started swelling up like this! Poor little thing!

We were able to go to the zoo during July when the weather was cooperating. This was mid-July and the temperature was a bout 80 degrees, perfect! I've never been to the zoo when the animals were so active! It was definitely one of our better trips. Here are a few pics from our adventure. We were so happy Joseph could come too. The last few years we've gone to the zoo without him for various reasons, so it felt so much more complete this time!
