Thank You!

Thank you for all of your thoughts, prayers, and well-wishes. We made it through the recovery period with Ethan, but not easily. The poor little guy had a seriously rough couple of weeks. Therefore, Joseph and I had a rough couple of weeks as well. Ethan would wake up each night three or four times crying hysterically. We would try to calm him down, but he would only tell us he didn't know why he was crying. He also had a random hurting cheek. His doctor, Dr. Hill, was so great to work with. He had us come in early for Ethan's post-op check up because he was still in so much pain. Well, everything checked out, and he eventually got feeling better. It helped that towards the end of recovery, we had family coming in to town to stay with us for the annual Halloween party. Nothing will cheer a four year old up quicker than a Halloween party! Thanks again for all of your love and support! We made it through, and luckily it's behind us.
